I recently started researching base and essential oils and their amazing benefits for the skin. Based on this research I developed my own simple little recipe for an oil cleanser that totally balances out your skin. If you have combo skin like me, this recipe will be perfect for you!
Fill up a bottle with 1/3 avocado oil, 1/3 sweet almond oil, 1/3 rosehip oil. Add 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil.
Thats literally it.
To use: Rub a nickel-size amount onto dry skin, massage it in well so your skin reaps the benefits. Rinse with warm water.

Avocado Oil: Rich in Omega 3’s. Has anti-inflammatory properties, therefore it calms redness and reduces swelling in severe acne.
Sweet Almond Oil: A great source of vitamin E, which reduces the appearance of scars.
Rosehip Oil (aka nectar of the skin care Gods): Full of essential fatty acids that repair damaged skin tissue, i.e wrinkles, scars, burns.
Tea Tree Oil: Is naturally anti-bacterial. I chose to put a few drops in my oil cleanser to help keep my breakouts at bay. If you have dry skin I would recommend axing this ingredient from your cleansing oil recipe. Swap it out for Seabuckthorn Seed Oil for more hydration!
